Order Processing
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
📦 Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation.
🕙 Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are typically dispatched the same day.
🕙 Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and Public Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
📧 Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier partner details.
How to Track Your Order
How Do I Track My Order?
Step 1 — You will receive an SMS and email with your AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number once your order is shipped.
Step 2 — Visit the courier partner’s tracking page and enter your AWB number to see real-time delivery updates.
Step 3 — You can also track your order by clicking the “Track Order” link in the navigation footer of our website.
Step 4 — If your tracking number is not active within 48 hours of receiving the dispatch email, contact us at support@themasking.com with your order number.

MasKing ships with India’s most reliable courier networks to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time:

The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery pin code and service availability in your area. You cannot request a specific courier partner.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery Available?
✅ Yes! MasKing offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India.
💰 COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000.
📍 COD availability depends on your delivery pin code and the courier partner serving your area. If COD is not available for your location, it will not appear as an option at checkout.
⚠️ Important: If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, future COD orders from the same address may be restricted. Please only place COD orders if you intend to accept the delivery.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
What If I Ordered Multiple Products?
If you order multiple products, they will typically be shipped together in one package.
In rare cases where a product is dispatched from a different fulfilment location, you may receive your order in more than one shipment.
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment via SMS and email.
You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

How Is My Order Packaged?
Every MasKing order is packed with care:

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or resealed upon arrival — do not accept it. Contact us at support@themasking.com within 48 hours with photos for a full replacement or refund.
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
What Happens If My Delivery Fails?
If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable:
• The courier will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
• After failed attempts, the package is held at the local courier hub for 3–5 days before being returned to us.
• If the order is returned to us due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal — reshipping charges will apply for redelivery.
Please ensure your delivery address, building/flat number, landmark, and mobile number are correct at the time of placing your order.
MasKing is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
International Shipping
