Pricing, Offers & Payments

All prices on our Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are time-limited and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable. MasKing reserves the right to decline COD orders in certain pin codes or to certain customers if there is a history of refused deliveries.

Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from MasKing. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

MasKing ships across India through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines (typically 3–5 business days) are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or disruptions at the destination pin code. MasKing is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Shipping charges for orders below ₹499 will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
